From garden to table
Mas Vilaret,
our kitchen garden.
Our family has always worked the land. At Mas Vilaret we grow a good share of the vegetables that reach our kitchens, and we raise chickens, geese and turkeys fed on our own maize. When the garden can give no more, we buy from the neighbouring farmers.

- 1966The beginning
The Pensión y Restaurante Sant Pol opens its doors: a family business devoted to good food from day one.
- 1982Growing
We buy the house next door to enlarge the restaurant.
- 1985With our own hands
We pull down the old building and, by ourselves, raise a new floor designed for the hotel to come.
- 1993A hotel is born
Work is completed on two floors of rooms, each with its own terrace.
- 2009Renewal
A new entrance and a complete refurbishment of both floors and every room, finished in 2011.
